GOURMET HOT SAUCE AND GARLIC FLAVOR GOURMET HOT SAUCE BOTH IN A CAUTION HOT AND A MEDIUM HOT SPICY FLAVOR. THE MANUFACTURER PERSONALLY OVERSEES THE AGING PROCESS OF EACH BATCH OF PRODUCT WHICH INCLUDES HIS PERSONAL APPROVAL AS TO WHEN EACH BATCH IS READY TO BOTTLE. 
The hot sauce is made with premium Cayenne and Habaneros peppers (Habaneros are uncontested as the hottest peppers in North America).
The peppers are grown locally on our own pepper farm.
The hot sauce contains only natural ingredients.
No artificial colors are added to the product.
No refrigeration is required for storage of the product.
Our manufacturing process consists of a two-step aging process.
The product contains no sugar, fruit or tomato.
The use of vinegar and salt in our product are not excessive, but added to enhance taste.
Bayou Red is a premium hot sauce, not Catsup.
